Sugar & Spice

In love...with all things nice!

Established in March 2000, Sugar & Spice is a family-run shop specialising in Scottish handmade chocolates and gift confectionery.

Most of our chocolates are produced locally at the Arran Chocolate Factory along with their famous Parisian Cremes. Our gift selection is second to none and includes an extensive range of exquisite Continental and traditional hand-packed confectionery.

Gift-wrapped boxes of chocolates are a speciality and bespoke hampers with fine wines and Arran whisky make unique hampers for friends or family.

In March 2007 the shop had a partial refit in order to accommodate larger facilities for ice cream production and Geraldo's award-winning luxury ice cream is fully manufactured on site using the finest of natural ingredients.

To celebrate our 10th year in business, we've had a celebratory refit in April 2011 and installed an even greater selection of Scottish chocolates and truffles along with our new Bon Bons range of hand-packed sweets.

Opening Times:

The shop is open 7 days throughout the year and is only closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. There is ample car parking close by at the promenade car park.

January to Easter:

Monday to Saturday - 10am to 5.30pm (First two weeks in Jan 12 - 5pm)

Sunday - 11am to 5.30pm

Easter to the end of September:

Monday to Saturday - 10am to 9pm

Sunday - 11am to 9pm

The end of September to Christmas:

Monday to Saturday - 10am to 6pm

Sunday - 11am to 6pm
