That's me in the middle (Toni) with my Mum (Mrs Dawson Snr) on the right and Lesley (my loyal assistant) on the left.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions at all regarding product ranges, delivery times, ingredients etc. If you don't get an answer right away, it may be that we're with a customer when you call, in which case please leave a message on the answering machine and we'll call you right back.
This summer I've had two fantastic assistants - Melissa (Mel) and Pauline. Mel works at supersonic speed helping with the ice cream production and Pauline is a perfectionist on in-house packaging. Both of them will be with me on a part-time basis during the winter months and are more than capable of handling your questions.
