Geraldo's ice cream freshly made on the premises at
Sugar & Spice.

History

Geraldo’s ice cream is my own luxury ice cream freshly made on the premises at Sugar & Spice.  The brand was named after my late father, Gerald, who died in June 2005.  He was a very keen footballer and was often likened to Geraldo, a famous player during my father's younger years, hence - Geraldo's!

Sugar & Spice had a partial refit in March 2007 to extend the existing production facilities to the rear of the shop and the ice cream is now pasteurised and frozen into small batches and sold on site at Sugar & Spice.

Flavours

Every batch of ice cream is made using the best natural ingredients available starting with whole milk and double cream from the local dairy and fresh fruit, where possible, to produce a smooth and very creamy ice cream.  A wide range of flavours are available with new recipes being tried and tested throughout the year.

Classic Vanilla will always be the most popular and has picked up national awards from the Ice Cream Alliance every year since production along with awards for Mint Choc Chip, Strawberries & Cream and Christmas Pudding!

Geraldo’s ice cream is available in handy 1 litre tubs to take home and enjoy or you can drive right up to the front of the shop and purchase your favourite flavour on the cone of your choice straight from the window!
